Under the Hong Kong Securities and Futures Ordinance (SFO), a corporation which carries a business in a regulated activity must be licensed by the SFC to carry out that regulated activity, unless specifically exempted to do so under the SFO.

In addition, Phoenician strives to adhere to the governance principles set forth by the NSX and the ASX Corporate Governance Council as found in the Council’s Corporate Governance Principles and Recommendations (the Fourth Edition). We are also committed to complying with the regulatory requirements of the jurisdictions in which the Group and/or our regulated subsidiaries operate.
